Food took over and hour and half to arrive, when the delivery driver left he decided to take a leak on my neighbours front garden & light a cigarette before speeding away(all on camera as well). The food was cold mostly, the ribs were just bones & chicken wings raw in the middle, also the order was missing items. When we called the restaurant there was no manager on duty according to staff and communication was almost impossible as the guy didn't understand English. Very poor experience.

Raw chicken was delivered , contacted LiLo's and was told to contact the site we ordered from!!!! Not good enough now we have to wait for site to get back to us ...up to 3 working days by email

We placed an order tonight of two mixed doners with salad and chips. The food that arrived was absolutely disgusting, I have called your offices over 26 times and no one had responded or even bothered to pick up the phone. The salad was not even on the mixed meat but separate and the meat is not edible. The meat was cold qnd clearly defrosted, the chips were stale. The food you have provided is far below what we normally receive and we have paid over 30 pound, the service is absolutely terrible in that no one has even bothered to pick up the phone. I will be reporting you to the company that we ordered from and I request a full refund of the food. Please provide your urgent response and collect the food that you have delivered. Jade
